Celebrating 31 days of completion! I created content everyday for the entire month of March! I had anxiety around it before I started but I've had such an amazing time creating and sharing vulnerable parts of myself & the work I am stepping into as a Pleasure & Sexual Empowerment coach with a trauma informed background. It's been a pleasure to open up in this way, thank you for receiving me. Today's post is a culmination of the holistic sex practices and healing modalities I've written about in one epic video! This is an emotional release video incorporating, intention (a prayer for individual & collective healing), energy, breath, sound and the last one I wanted to bring to your awareness is movement! Letting the movement happen organically from the inside, not forcing or moving in automatic or habituated ways. Giving your body full permission to feel fully, move and release in whatever manner is needed for your highest evolution & integration, so you may stabilize a new way of being in the world, especially in relationship to yourself. Personally breathwork can take me to some very deep places but your process doesn't have to look like this at all. Everyone has their own means of releasing stagnant energy and trauma stored in the body. If you notice at the end, a very important piece, I resource by holding and hugging myself. Equally important to clearing & releasing is bringing and receiving nourishment and love back into the body, back into your field. Some examples of resourcing include, smiling, laughing, offering yourself kind words & affirmations, sensual & loving touch, or you may envision golden white light infusing your being from head to toe. Imagine if we lived in a world where emotion intelligence, processing of trauma & rights of passage were normal and even celebrated, what a beautiful world that would be <3 Let's create this new paradigm together! Sexual energy is the activation and sensation of turn-on in our bodies, it is created in our sexual centers. These sensations can look like warmth, tingling, fine vibrations, pulsations, fluttering, bubbling, contractions, pressure, and so much more. It's the feelings that arise when you see or meet someone you have a strong attraction to, the chemistry, magnetism and aliveness. When we cultivate and channel our sexual energy in intentional ways we begin to harness and access the apex of our potentiality and vitality, from inside the bedroom eventually extending out into our lives. I want to invite you into a explorative practice to experience and play with your sexual energy. Find a comfortable seated position or lay down on your back. Bring your attention inward. Swiftly scan you body take note of the sensations at are already present within you. Once compete I invite you to bring your attention down into the root chakra, the pelvic floor region. With awareness begin deepening the breath, breathing directly into your pelvic floor. As you inhale gently squeezing the muscles of the pelvic floor and as you exhale consciously relaxing the pelvic floor muscles completely. Repeating for several breaths and coming to completion when you feel it's time. *to tonify and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles it is equally important to let them fully rest and recover.
